ANGIE REITER
Director of Volleyball
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Coach Angie has dedicated her career to developing athletes both on and off the court. She started out her love of volleyball where she was a 3 year varsity player at Schoolcraft High School. She extended her volleyball career at Glen Oaks Community College where she was a two-year All-Conference middle hitter.
At Academy Volleyball, she will emphasize a holistic approach to player development, focusing on skill enhancement, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Coach Angie is committed to fostering a positive and competitive environment, encouraging athletes to challenge themselves while cultivating a love for the game. She believes in the power of teamwork and strives to create a cohesive unit that thrives on communication and mutual support.
Outside of volleyball, Coach Angie enjoys spending time with family, friends, and especially her two boys (20 and 17) and her husband Chris. She enjoys watching her son play baseball every weekend during he summer! Fall is her favorite season as it brings with it cozy blankets, weekends full of watching football, and cooler weather, but not too cool!

DANI RACHAC
Marketing Director/Clinic Specialist
Coach Dani is bringing 8 years of coaching experience and a passion for developing players' skills both on and off the court. She started playing volleyball at an early age with her mother who was also a varsity volleyball coach. Her love for volleyball grew throughout high school with her high school team winning districts in 2005. She also played for USA club teams.
At Academy Volleyball, she is committed to fostering teamwork, building confidence and personal growth. Coach Dani emphasizes the importance of mental toughness, leadership, and communication both on and off the court. Her coaching philosophy centers around building a strong team culture, focusing on the fundamentals of the game, and creating an environment where athletes are challenged to push their limits while enjoying the game they love.
Coach Dani is also committed to continuing education in the sport of volleyball, attending coaching clinics, camps, and staying updated on the latest trends in training and development. She has completed all levels of the MHSAA CAP program and earned MHSAA CAP Graduate recognition. With a deep understanding of both the physical and psychological aspects of the sport, Coach Dani is dedicated to helping athletes grow into confident and skilled players.
When she is not coaching or working, you can find her hiking, relaxing at the beach, rock hunting, and spending time with her family.

Stephanie Olney
Clinic Specialist
Coach O is a passionate and dedicated volleyball coach, who is committed to helping new players develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the sport. With a focus on the fundamentals of volleyball, Coach O. uses a positive and supportive coaching style to encourage growth, teamwork, and a love for the game. She strives to create a fun and engaging learning environment for players of all ages and skill levels.
Coach O. has a deep understanding of the game’s defensive strategies, incorporating cutting-edge drills and techniques to help players read the ball, react quickly, and communicate effectively on the court. Her dedication to player development is matched by a fierce drive for team success.
When she's not coaching, Coach O. enjoys time with her family. She has 7 year old twins and a daughter who is 17. She loves volunteering at school events., especially as a youth coach in volleyball, baseball, and soccer. Her hobby is in Sports Action Photography and does this year round! She also enjoys going to MLB games with her husband and cheering on the Detroit Tigers! She is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for athletes to grow both on and off the court.
